Marius Janusauskas started his career creating capsule collections for small events in his hometown in Lithuania, got his MA degree at Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp and reached the top conquering the Diesel Award, a prize that promotes emerging talents. He’s a young, talented designer who creates amazing silhouettes and Avant garde clothes. His work is focused on details and clean lines. The collection Sleeping Beauties, an homage to Tim Burton’s visionary movies, reminds fashion icons such as Miuccia Prada, Raf Simons and Riccardo Tisci, but with a personal, fairly unsettling touch.
